What is an installment loan?

An installment loan is a short-term, unsecured loan extended to borrowers. The repayment is carried out over a predetermined amount of time and the loan is paid back in a series of payments, or installments that go toward the loan.

What are your minimum requirements?

You must be a full-time W-2 employee with an email address, a home phone, a checking account in good standing, and you must be at least 24 years old. All signed loan agreements are subject to the verification of prior loan history and application data. For a complete list of minimum requirements, please check our Requirements page.

How much money can I borrow?

Our Installment Loans range from $200 – $1000. However, our first-time clients are only allowed to borrow a maximum of $400. The minimum required payment will be deducted from your bank account via ACH, Electronic Check or Debit Card. Your minimum payment will be comprised of fees, interest and principal every due date, which will coincide with your pay dates. If you would like to reduce your balance or pay in full, simply contact our office at 888-585-9217. When will the money be in my bank account?

The exact availability of the funds is subject to your bank’s processing schedules and policies. In most instances the funds will be available the next business day. Please note that it could be as late as 9 PM EST. Remember, if you are approved on a Friday and the following Monday is a bank holiday, you will not receive your funds until Tuesday.

When will I hear back from you?

During our normal business hours of 8am to 4pm CST, we will contact you by telephone within 15 minutes after we receive your application.

Credit Authorization Policy

Typically, applicant information is reviewed in real-time to determine eligibility. You acknowledge by completing and submitting the website application that you are applying for a loan.

Why do I need to submit my banking and Social Security Information?

We must have your personal information to verify your identity and to deposit funds into the correct bank account. Your information is always kept secure and confidential in our encrypted database.

What states are currently not serviced?

Alaska, Arizona, Arkansas, Connecticut, District of Columbia, Georgia, Hawaii, Kansas, Maryland, Massachusetts, Micronesia, Minnesota, New Jersey, New York, North Carolina, Ohio, Palau, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, Vermont, Virginia, Washington, West Virginia and all US Territory Islands . We do not offer Installment Loans to active military personnel or their dependents.

Can I pay my Installment Loan back early?

Yes, you can pay your Installment Loan back early. Please contact us at least three (3) business days before your due date to let us know that you want to debit your account early. You will not be entitled to a refund or discount of the fees already incurred or accrued.There is no pre-payment penalty.

Why am I not receiving e-mail notifications about my account?

In some instances, it may be the case that our emails get filtered into your spam/junk folder. It is important to make sure that you monitor your spam/junk folder as well if you are expecting emails from our company. If you have any questions regarding the failure to receive e-mail notifications regarding your account, please call us at 888-585-9217 and we will be more than happy to assist you.

What if I don’t have the money in my bank account to make my payment?

If your payment due date arrives and you don’t have the funds available in your bank account, contact us immediately. Only by discussing your repayment options with us, you will be able to keep your account in good standing.

This Installment Loan account is designed as a short-term cash flow solution and not designed as a solution for a longer-term financial need. Additional fees may accrue if the outstanding principal balance is not paid at the end of the billing cycle.
